● Do not pressure anyone to share personal information.

● Keep conversations supportive and constructive.

● Discrimination or harassment will not be tolerated.

● Allow space for people to participate at their own pace.

● Some participants may communicate slowly or need extra time.

● Silence, breaks, or stepping away from conversation are completely acceptable.

● Speak clearly and avoid talking over others.

● Be mindful that participants may be using screen readers or captions.

● Respect access needs and accommodations.
